This is not a guarantee that What's Up Dogg Canine Rescue will have an opening to take in your dog- this is ONLY a request for assistance. We will further contact you to arrange pick up and signature of Transfer of Ownership to the Rescue- once we have confirmed an open spot.
Please explain all circumstances for the surrender. Give info on any resources tried before coming to the rescue for assistance. Please explain any and all issues with behavior, illness, etc. that the dog may have.
In signing below you understand that if the rescue does not have an open foster home you will continue to remain in contact until the dog has been rehomed or a spot has opened up with the rescue. This is not a transfer of ownership to the rescue. Transfer of ownership documents will be provided when the dog is given to an official WUDCR board member- ONLY!
